D.A.S. has implemented various quality
management tools to help ensure quality of services remain high
maintaining the companies’ exceptionally low warranty experience. Over

D.A.S. has created cylinder job
Procedures Sheets which are an internal reference tool outlining (1) all
components with size and processing method, (2) inspection and machining
instructions and (3) assembly and testing procedures.
In addition, D.A.S. can provide upon
request Corrective Action Reports for repairs that have some
extraordinary or catastrophic failure. These reports outline the
problem definition, probable cause and action steps. These can help
customers to identify problems within their organization and thus
potentially lower customer operating costs should the problems be
identified and corrected.
A database job tracking service is
available that provides information such as the number of repairs in a
given period, what was done at each repair and a historical cost
analysis by job type. If necessary, jobs can be etched with a specific
unique identifier that will allow for this tracking of repairs.
Through D.A.S. CAD/CAM capability
AutoCAD prints are generated for various repairs ensuring specifications
are documented and maintained in the system for reference. This helps
to improve accuracy of repairs. |
