LIMITED WARRANTY
D.A.S. Services, Inc. (D.A.S.)
warrants its products to be free from defects in workmanship and materials for a
period of one year from date of shipment of the remanufacture of that product
to D.A.S. specifications. The obligation of D.A.S. is limited to repair or
replacement F.O.B. Angola, IN on any components, which upon examination by D.A.S.
are determined to be defective. D.A.S. will be the final authority on all
warranty claims concerning defective components. D.A.S. will not be held
responsible in any way for damage, injury or loss of production resulting from
defective components provided to D.A.S. Furthermore, any defect due to faulty
buyer installation, tampering, misuse, contamination or damage in shipment is not covered by
this warranty. Warranty inquiries will be processed by calling D.A.S. Services,
Inc. directly at 1-260-833-6374. By accepting the equipment under this
warranty, buyer acknowledges that said equipment is being sold under no other
written or oral warranties, neither expressed or implied, of any kind whatsoever
such as, but not necessarily limited to, warranty of marketability of fitness.
